Dr Joe Williams DC, MChiro, BSc, LRCC

Chiropractor

Joe stands behind the principle of chiropractic; that a healthy spine leads to a healthier lifestyle. He is well trained and experienced in a variety of chiropractic techniques making the care he delivers personal and safe for all ages. He knows chiropractic care is as important, if not more important in the early formational years of life. He is passionate about providing top quality care suitable for babies, bumps and beyond. "It is a huge privilege to have the opportunity to maximise someones health potential".

"When you examined me it was done with compassion and you ensured that I had understood my problem. No big words to explain simple problems and causes" - R.Bond

Bumps, Babies and Beyond

I have undergone post graduate studies in chiropractic paediatrics and find that most of the continued professional development I attend is in that arena. I want to keep developing my knowledge, understanding and technical skill in this field as we have the opportunity to influence hugely the growth and development of the child we are taking care of.

I practice the principle and love to promote ‘the healthy spine, healthy you’ concept.

As a chiropractor I feel privileged to be in a position where I can influence the life of many people. Teaching the fundamental principles of chiropractic along with what is wholesome, congruent nutrition, the importance of movement and of a positive mindset enables me to take a holistic approach to your care and has been a game changer for many people already.

I get excited about seeing every single new person at the practice, I like to understand why they are looking for help and work with them to achieve their health goals.

I stand behind the principles of providing a professional service that offers personal chiropractic care with predictable results. I encourage you to take a proactive role in your recovery and health so can perform at your best on a daily basis.

I am member of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

I grew up in Wiltshire with my parents, an older sister and two younger brothers. We were always encouraged to be involved in sport and loved it. We swam, competitively, played football, rugby, cricket, lots of tennis and kayaking; you name it we were involved in it. I attended the local comprehensive school and did well academically but loved my sport.

My main sport was Rugby. I ended up moving away from home at 16, attending Hartpury College in Gloucester, playing rugby and studying a National Diploma in Sports Science and Rugby Studies. I continued to play some good rugby through the age groups, and on to the University 1st team, Gloucester academy as well as England Colleges. Along the way I picked up my fair share of injuries. Chiropractic helped me recover quicker from my injuries allowing me to stay on the pitch.

I still enjoy a game of tennis or squash, I'd love to take another ski holiday and see more of the UK. At the weekend I love to get out in the beautiful local countryside and walk, then come back and spend some time in the kitchen cooking up some delicious food.

This year has been incredibly fast paced, not only have we opened up here in Tunbridge Wells, but also taken over a thriving practice in Staplehurst, got married and relocated. We are so proud of what we have achieved and want to deliver the very best chiropractic care to you and your family.

Dr Zoe Pantelios DC, MChiro

Chiropractor

Zoe loves being a chiropractor and is particularly passionate about helping people improve all aspects of their health naturally. With each client, she takes 'a whole body approach' which involves establishing the root cause of a problem; ensuring it is dealt with correctly and proactively. Zoe finds providing chiropractic care to whole families and all walks of life the most rewarding part of practice. Seeing people thrive and enjoy life with ease and confidence is what she aims to help them achieve.

The way the human body develops and works is incredible. We can never stop learning about how it functions and how we can help it perform to it's full potential. Chiropractic, for me has totally opened my eyes to how amazing your body can be given enough movement, the right fuel and strong mind-set. No person is the same (or text book for that matter!) and that's what makes my role so fascinating; care is never limited to a 'one fits all' plan. For this reason, I get excited about continually developing and strengthening my knowledge and techniques to simply assist the body's in built control system (spine and nervous system) to efficiently help heal, recover and most importantly allow the body to do what it is designed to do. Meeting and working with people from all backgrounds is just another bonus for me; from office workers to burly farmers you can rest assured that all care is tailored to your needs and to what you feel comfortable with, any questions just ask -we're a friendly bunch!

Dr Kerrie Morley

Chiropractor

Kerrie loves making a difference to the daily lives of her patients by reducing pain and working with them through their recovery to prevent symptoms from reoccurring. She enjoys giving each patient individualised treatment plans, to find out what works best for every person that walks into her treatment room. Kerrie believes in looking beyond the painful structures to find the root cause of the problem and treating patients holistically in order to achieve the best results.

I have always been fascinated by the human body and truly believe i have the best job. I receive a huge buzz knowing what affects i can have on the daily lives of my patients and i love the difference a patient can feel after treatment. I have always believed that the key to helping patients recover to their optimum, is by educating patients about their own bodies and their diagnoses. For this reason, i make sure that every aspect of my assessment and treatment plans are fully explained. I welcome questions from my patients throughout their appointments, it helps to keep me on my toes! It also spurs me on to keep up to date with the latest research and techniques. I love meeting people from all walks of life, it makes my job even more exciting that no two patients are ever the same, so that i can tailor all treatment plans to each individual and we can work together to achieve their health goals.
I am member of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

I grew up in Bedfordshire with my parents and two brothers, a family who reaped the benefits of chiropractic care regularly. My mum was a sports massage therapist, who worked in a chiropractic clinic. I was a keen swimmer and dancer who was often taking advantage of treatments that were on offer! With years of strenuous training came a few injuries but treatment always helped me to recover quickly and taught me to be very aware of my own body from an early age. I was naturally academic at school, but also very outgoing and loved being around other people, so i always wanted a career that would be able bring my qualities and interests together. I was blown away by the affects chiropractic had on my daily life and my training, that i wanted to help other people feel their best.

After Graduating from AECC with my masters degree i moved to Kent, to be with my husband, and in 2017 we welcomed our baby boy into the world. So when i am not helping patients feel their best… I am being a mum, which i absolutely adore! A good work-life balance is the key to my happiness with family days together, trips away and the occasional holiday filling my spare time. I am extremely happy to work within the Staplehurst clinic, it is such a warm and friendly environment and i look forward to welcoming any patients who book in with me.

Clare Bryant

Massage Therapist

Clare graduated with her diploma in Sports Massage Therapy from our favourite sea side town Bournemouth. She has recently moved back to the local area to settle down, be closer to family and friends and develop her career as a passionate sports massage therapist.

She was a super talented kid in the sports arena, excelling in athletics and football.  Whilst at university she played top level football, but her real passion was in athletics. She is a phenomenal sprinter and hurdler so she knows a thing or too about how the body should work.

She enjoys treating a wide range of different patients from those with general aches and pains to those with more sports related injuries. She is really looking forward to working closely with our chiropractors to help our clients reach their health goals.

Clare is fired up and can't wait to get started. She wants to continue her learning especially in the field of sports strapping and tapping and pregnancy massage.

Among other things she is a regular gym goer, loves to ski and snowboard and wants to leave the sprinting lane behind and try some long distance running.

Sarah Holloway

Massage Therapist

Having worked for many years in academia, firstly as a PhD research scientist at the London College School of Medicine and then as a lecturer with the University of London and Open University, I decided it was time for a career change. I wanted to combine my knowledge of the human body, health and nutrition with my passion for fitness and sport.

I'm a keen Cross Fitter and member of the CrossFit Kent and Sussex box, I regularly run 30k per week cross country with my 2 dogs, play club tennis in the Wealden League and kick box with the Dragon Kickboxing club. I understand how hard it can be to train consistently and the importance of staying injury free. My interest in learning how soft tissue therapy can play a vital role in both injury prevention as well as rehabilitation grew.

So now I am qualified with a Level 5 BTEC Professional Diploma in 'Sports and Remedial Massage/Soft Tissue Therapy' from the London School of Sports Massage - the UK's leading school for this discipline. I also pursued my interest in pregnancy massage and recently obtained my practitioners diploma in this area too. I aim to provide more than 'just' sports massage for my clients, who may be athletes or non-athletes. My training allows me to offer the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunction.

Through prevention and maintenance, soft tissue therapy can address issues before they cause more serious, chronic, or compensatory problems. When pain or dysfunction are already present it can play a corrective and rehabilitative role.

Sports massage really works!
